“Gloom”
Blessings folk!
Jude 1:12-13
These are hidden reefs at your love feasts,
as they feast with you without fear,
shepherds feeding themselves;
waterless clouds, swept along by winds;
fruitless trees in late autumn,
twice dead,
uprooted;
wild waves of the sea,
casting up the foam of their own shame;
wandering stars, for whom the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved forever.

Where are the Creepers?
In the midst of the Body of Christ.
In their love feasts.
They are not a part of the Body, yet they are among them.
They are as hidden reefs in the sea.
Danger lurking just under the surface.
They hide in the open without fear.
Who are they?
They are shepherds!
Professed “leaders”.
They feed themselves rather than the flock.
They look great, but are not.
They are waterless clouds…promising rain but providing none.
They are swept along by every wind of doctrine and deception.
They are fruitless at the time of harvest.
They are doubly-dead.
Dead of flesh.
Dead of spirit.
The are without root.
Wild waves casted about without thought.
They foam and froth to their shame.
They are wandering stars.
Their destination?
The gloom of utter darkness.
Reserved.
Forever.
